Adobe has had Lightroom mobile on Android for some time now, but it has required a Creative Cloud subscription. However, back in October, the iOS version of Lightroom got an update which removed the need to have a subscription. And, now this update is finally rolling out to our beloved Android devices.

In case you’re not aware, Lightroom is a tool that allows you to edit and process photos. This mobile version is less feature-set than the desktop version, but you can still accomplish suitable edits on your phone. What makes this app worth getting is that it has far more features than any other Android photo editing app, and for the price of free, why not get this!

And, here’s another bonus. You don’t have to sign in with your Adobe ID to use Lightroom. If you want, there is a free trial that unlocks some more features like synchronization across devices, but that isn’t needed.
You can check out all of the app features and download it for free at the Play Store.
