The HTC 10 has been shown off in leaks and specs have been rumored as well as the release date. These days though the leaks never stop coming, or at least the rumors. Popular leakster @evleaks has a new one for us regarding the HTC 10. It appears HTC will use Super LCD 5 in the new 10. Past rumors stated it would use AMOLED.
Not sure if this has been reported yet, but HTC 10 features a super LCD 5 display - not AMOLED. Battery = 3000mAh pic.twitter.com/NbWonSaC3T

If you’re like me this is probably the first time you’ve ever heard of such a thing. Apparently this is an LCD screen with no gap between the screen and the glass. This should in theory make it more visible in outdoor light and more power efficient. This is all according to Wikipedia though, and I’m sure they’ll have much more to brag about this technology when the HTC 10 is unveiled. He also confirmed that it will use a 3000mAh battery.
